The Vinalhaven wind generators (view from the East). These are quite a landmark. During my circumnavigation of the islands, these were visible from a number of angles. I wonder if people hate them or love them. Personally, I think they’re pretty cool. They certainly are visible from afar though.

FYI, Here’s what I’m thinking: This should be about a four day trip to get all the way around Vinalhaven in Penobscot Bay.
